Deewanji Ni Haveli Bed & Breakfast is a gem in Ahmedabad's Old City. the beautifully restored 300-year-old haveli is a sister building to the French Haveli and offers a truly exceptional experience. the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. the breakfasts are delicious and the decor is stunning, combining old charm with modern facilities. I felt extremely safe and would highly recommend staying here. Thank you to the City Heritage Centre of Ahmedabad for this wonderful initiative. Cons: Nothing it is perfect! 😊.

Had a lovely stay in the historic part of the city at a beautifully renovated courtyard house. The location was perfect, walking distance to many cultural attractions and restaurants. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious with a range of options available. The rooms were spacious and well-furnished with modern amenities and beautifully decorated in traditional style.
Finding the property was a bit of a challenge as there was no clear signage outside. The steps in the staircase were steep and quite a climb, not suitable for those with knee issues.

We arrived late in the evening without having eaten, but the staff at Deewanji Ni Haveli kindly made us a delicious dinner. The breakfast in the lovely patio was also very good. The haveli is a beautiful and special place, with humble and friendly staff who are passionate about their guesthouse and provided great insights into local living. Despite the noise from a dinner gathering, we appreciate the need to sustain the restoration of this historic building. Getting to the haveli can be a bit challenging, but the staff provided detailed instructions and their cellphone numbers for assistance. Once we figured out the location, it was easy to access the nearby markets and other attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for a unique and authentic experience in a bustling city.
